To provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children and teens in Youth In Need's residential programs.

• Education: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Knowledge: A basic understanding of proper emotional and physical boundaries and the needs and challenges of at-risk youth.
• Skills: Candidates should have skills in conflict resolution and behavior management. 
• Hours: As needed at all residential sites.
• Compensation: Starting pay is $9.25 per hour.

• Education: An Associates or Bachelors Degree in social work, psychology or a related field is desirable.
• Skills: Experience working with at-risk youth, and experience working in a residential setting is preferred.
