To provide clinical, case management and educational services to teens and families using services. |
|
|
- Education: A Master's Degree in social work or professional counseling.
- Knowledge: Counseling theories and techniques (individual, group and family); crisis intervention; suicide assessment; behavior management; needs and identification of abused and neglected children and adults; child development and individual family functioning; working with hard-to-reach or resistant individuals and families; and colaborating with other disciplines and services.
- Experience: At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent clinical skills, excellent therapeutic assessment skills; excellent oral and written communication; excellent intervention techniques; needs and identification of abused and neglected children and adults; child development and individual family functioning; working with hard-to-reach or resistant individuals and families; colaborating with other disciplines and services.
- Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday.
