To provide Head Start and Early Head Start Home-Based services to children and families, including but not limited to, social services and Parents as Teachers.

• Education: BA or equivalent (minimum AA degree) in social work, psychology, education or a related field. 
• Knowledge: Child development; cultural diversity; maintains Parents as Teachers professional growth requirements.
• Experience: Working in child and family services; working with low income children and families preferable; working in a social service or educational setting preferable. 
• Skills: Organizational skills; time management skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to observe and report accurately on the functioning of individuals and families; individual must possess maturity in exercising judgment; must be skilled in establishing relationships with individuals and families that maintain and promote their self-respect and encourage their independence; must be skilled in assessing the progress of individuals and families regarding their Family Partnership Agreement and individual child outcomes.
• Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday.
• Compensation: Minimum of $24,400 per year.

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in social work, psychology, education or a related field is desirable.
