To locate and service runaway, homeless and at-risk for homelessness youth on the streets of the St. Louis metro area; to provide these youth with tangible goods, referrals and on-the-spot counseling. |

|
- Education: High school diploma or GED; any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiar with at-risk youth behaviors and barriers; familiar with streets and neighborhoods of St. Louis; informed about youth culture and methods of engaging youth.
- Experience: Significant experience working with at-risk youth is a must; knowledge of streets of St. Louis preferable.
- Skills: On-the-spot crisis intervention, needs assessment, and ability to provide referrals; must be able to develop positive rapport with community; ability to plan and implement educational and recreational activities; excellent oral and written communication skills; networking abilities; must be able to establish positive rapport with youth and recognize their strengths; must be able to establish and maintain trusting relationships with youth; must be able to handle rejection, be patient and be persistent; individual must posess cultural and linguistic competence; creativity in locating, servicing runaway and homeless youth population; high degree of work ethic and honesty; and computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Hours: Part-time; 20 hours per week; Tuesday through Saturday.
- Compensation: Minimum $10.10 per hour.

- Education: Associates, BA or BS in human services, sociology, psychology or related field.
