Youth In Need Named a 2025 Top Workplace
We are happy to announce that Youth In Need has been named a 2025 Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch! In addition, Youth In Need also received two national Culture Excellence awards for our Purpose & Values and Work-Life Flexibility!
This is our 11th time being named a Top Workplace, a title based on employee feedback that looks at qualities such as meaningfulness, innovation, values and more. Only 159 companies made this year’s list, and we’re honored, especially because the judges were our incredible staff!
Head Start Community Support Sign-On Letter
Throughout the country, leaders and organizations are encouraging Congress to stand with Head Start. They are asking for support through strong funding, cost-of-living adjustments for staff and allowance for Head Start programs to address critical local needs.
For 60 years, Head Start has been working with children and families, in turn strengthening local economies in rural and underserved areas. Congress’ support would empower Head Start to continue its commitment to giving every vulnerable child an opportunity to succeed.
Right now, the National Head Start Association needs our help. They are asking organizations, businesses and community leaders across the country sign a Community Support Sign-On Letter to express how essential this program is to our community, state and our nation as a whole. Every signature helps!

Youth In Need’s 28th annual Golfing for Youth Benefit Tournament, presented by DRN | MVTRAC | SCM, is coming up on August 4, 2025, and you’re invited!
Join us for a fun-filled day of lunch, 18 holes of golf, social hour, open bar, dinner, auction and awards ceremony—all for the youth and families Youth In Need serves!
